We are always looking forward to welcoming new families to the school community, and to make it easier for you, we have provided some guidelines and requirements for securing admission into Euoclass Visionary Academy. And we hope that your child meets our requirements for admission into our school.

Requirements:

Seeking for admission in EVA, you are required to provide us with the neccesary documents. such as; the child's  bith certificate, the child's passport photograph,  parent's ID card of any kind and full payment of the required fees.  It is also a requirement at EVA that every child seeking for admission from primary 1 up wards must take an entry exam to determine the class the child will be admitted into.

Age:
Children seeking admission to the following classes must have attained the class age by August 31st of the year of admission or must have proved to us that he/she is capable of undertaking a higher class.

Creche  0-2 years

For Nursery

Nursery 1: 2+ years

Nursery 2: 3+ years

Nursery 3: 4+ years

For Primary

Primary 1: 5+ years

Primary 2: 6+ years

Primary 3: 7+ years

Primary 4: 8+ years

Primary 5: 9+ years

Primary 6: 10+ years

Academic Requirements: The academic criteria for admission are:

• The entrance form must be purchased, completed and submitted before the entrance examination.
• Pupils seeking admission from Primary 1 to 6 must take an entrance exam.
• Nursery pupils are not given written examinations.

Parent’s Contact Information
It is important for the school to be able to contact parents at all times, especially in case of emergencies. The school must have the parent’s addresses (office and home), Phone numbers (home, mobile and business), and e-mail. The school should also be provided with the contact of a next of kin to the parents in case of emergency. This information is required at the time of registration and whenever changes occur in the contact information of parents or the emergency contact.
